How do I register?
Early Bird registration was open through June at $30 per attendee. Starting in July, the price increased to $40.
What is provided with registration?
• Swag bag with t-shirt and notebook
• Continental breakfast (both days)
• Lunch (both days)
Can I apply for a scholarship to attend?
Yes. During registration, select the option that says “Do you want to request a scholarship to help cover costs?” Our Director of Programs will follow up with you directly. Deadline to apply for scholarships is July 24.
Where is the event hosted?
The conference will be held at Food Bank of Alaska's warehouse, located at 2192 Viking Drive in Anchorage.
Is there a hotel block?
Yes. We’ve secured a special group rate at the Sheraton Anchorage Hotel for $199 per night. The rate is available for stays September 15–19, 2025, and the last day to book is Tuesday, September 9, 2025.

Will there be food at the conference?
Yes! Breakfast and lunch will be provided on both days of the conference. Coffee? You bet. We’ve got you.
Who should attend?
This event is built for current and future partner agencies, tribal and rural organizations, food pantry leaders, social service professionals, and advocates across Alaska who are working to strengthen food access in their communities.
What’s the agenda?
The agenda will include workshops, networking, and collaborative discussions focused on improving food security across the state.
