Last year Food Bank of Alaska
distributed 7.0 million meals.

Together, we are feeding Alaskans.

When you volunteer at Food Bank of Alaska, your impact goes well beyond the immediate project. We are truly honored and humbled to work with so many wonderful and generous people committed to a hunger-free Alaska. Volunteers make a difference for every program and department. We could not accomplish all that we do without the hours and talents provided by so many of you who care.

*Please note that due to liability reasons we are unable to have children under the age of 12 volunteering in our warehouse.

A note about COVID-19: Please help your fellow volunteers, our staff, and our food recipients by being sure to wash your hands thoroughly and not coming in to volunteer if you are not feeling well or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 including cough, fever, or loss of taste.

We are providing gloves and have masks available to volunteers. Volunteers are not required to wear a mask while volunteering with Food Bank of Alaska.
